Why is cs™ Suite secure?

We employ a three-tiered security architecture to safeguard your account:

• Secure authentication. Depending on your smartphone, your login credentials for the web app comprise of a username and password and additional 2FA. Please select a secure password and do not share your login information with anyone.

• Two-Factor Authentication for Outgoing Transactions. This 2FA code is required whenever a transfer is made or a new device/browser is connected. After effectively connecting your device to your account, you configure it. You can then modify it in the web application yourself.

• Push Texts. For each incoming and outgoing payment, a push notification will be sent to your phone number. Additionally, it is used to affirm and complete your transactions. Additionally, we've added 3D Secure to prevent online card fraud.

Every time you contact us, we will verify your identity with a series of security queries. We will never, however, request your debit card number, card verification code (CVV), password, or card or Confirmation PIN.

We've also taken measures to protect your data: we store as little information as possible about you, only for as long as the law requires, and we delete data when it's no longer required for a product or service. You can access your personal information for up to six months after closing your account.
