Refund Policy

1. Background

If a user is dissatisfied with the quality of the services provided by coinsoftworks.com, he or she is entitled to a full refund. Additionally, coinsoftworks.com declares that its User has the right to alter his or her mind if the User's Account has already been funded and to request the return of his or her Funds.


Every Refund and Return is handled with reasonable care and skill by coinsoftworks.com.


Note:

  • This Refund Policy concerns exclusively contract & software licenses purchases (cs eMining, eSwap, eWallet,...), Transaction fees and Users’ Funds.

  • This Refund Policy does not cover any transactions between Users involving the purchase and sale of cryptocurrencies, nor does it mention any refunds for cryptocurrencies that have been purchased

  • coinsoftworks.com is committed to assisting Users in the event of any disputes regarding refunds of purchased cryptocurrencies.

  • In excess of the original amount, refunds and returns are prohibited.

2. Definitions

1.Banking Day : (refer to Payment Policy).

2.Business Day: refers to every weekday that is considered a working day in the United States.

Chargeback refers to the return of the User's funds by the Issuing Bank as a result of a disputed and/or illicit transaction.

4.Eligibility Criteria: refers to the prerequisites for a Refund or Return.

5.Financing: (refer to Payment Policy).

6.Return Form: refers to the coinsoftworks.com form that the User who has requested the return of his/her Funds must complete.

7.Money: (refer to Payment Policy).

8.Issuing Bank: refers to the financial institution that issued the User's payment card.9.Refund original amount: refers to the exact sum of Transaction charge deducted from a User's Transaction amount.

10.Refund Form: refers to the coinsoftworks.com form that the User who requested the Refund must complete.

11.Refund: refers to the return of the Transaction charge paid by the User for a specific Transaction.

12.Return original amount: refers to the exact sum of the User's Funds that have accumulated in his/her Account.

13.Return: signifies the return of Funds transferred to the User's Account.

14.Transaction Fees: refers to any fees assessed by a bank or financial institution for processing a valid refund request.

 

All other terms and definitions in this Refund Policy correspond to those in the Terms of Service.

3. General Conditions

The User who has paid for the coinsoftworks.com Services, i.e., paid a transaction fee, or funded his account, is eligible to request a Refund or Return in accordance with the Eligibility Criteria set forth below.

 

Refund/Return requests will only be considered if the User meets all of the Eligibility Criteria. Where the User fails to satisfy any of the Eligibility Criteria, coinsoftworks.com reserves the right to deny the User's request for a Refund/Return at its sole discretion.

 

To request a Refund/Return, the User must request and submit a Refund Form/Return Form to coinsoftworks.com's support email address.

 

The Refund/Return Form is available upon request to support@coinsoftworks.com.

 

To prevent Prohibited Conduct, coinsoftworks.com may verify all payments and information related to Refund/Return. In such a situation, coinsoftworks.com may request the User to provide certain documents, including, but not limited to, identification documents, a copy of the User's Payment Card and Invoice, or any other evidence proving that the disputed payment was made. In the event that the User fails to provide appropriate documents or information within three (3) days of coinsoftworks.com's request, or if there are any doubts regarding the authenticity of the provided documents, the User's account may be suspended.

 

coinsoftworks.com reserves the right to deny a Refund/Return request.coinsoftworks.com shall process the User's Refund Form/Return Form as quickly as possible. Response timeframes vary based on the declared purpose of the request. In any event, coinsoftworks.com shall notify the User of the request's outcome within the timeframes specified herein.

 

Refund/Return requests will only be approved or denied after coinsoftworks.com conducts a thorough investigation.

 

NOTICE: Submitting a Refund Form/Return Form does not guarantee that the User's request will be met.

4. Refund eligibility criteria

(i) All requests for Refund must be received by coinsoftworks.com no later than forty-eight (48) hours after the Transaction was completed.

​

(ii) coinsoftworks.com must receive the notice described in clause (i) by completing the Refund Form.

​

(iii) Send the completed Refund Form to the coinsoftworks.com email address with 'Refund Request' in the subject line.

5. Refund eligibility criteria

(i) All refund requests must be submitted to coinsoftworks.com using the Return Form.

​

(ii) The completed Return Form must be emailed to coinsoftworks.com with 'Return Request' as the subject line.

​​

(iii) Unless the User expressly agrees otherwise, coinsoftworks.com will issue the Refund/Return using the same method of payment that was used for the original transaction.

​

6. Refund eligibility criteria

Within fifteen (15) Business Days of the date coinsoftworks.com receives the Refund From/Return Form, coinsoftworks.com will contact the User to request additional information (if necessary), and the User shall provide such information as soon as it is reasonably possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days following such request

 

coinsoftworks.com shall notify the User via email of its ultimate Refund/Return decision:

​

  • within fifteen (15) Business Days of receiving the last additional document or information requested;

  • within twenty (20) Business Days of receiving the Refund Form/Return Form, if no additional information or documents are required.
     

Refund/Return will be processed without inordinate delay and within ten (10) days of the date coinsoftworks.com agrees that the User is entitled to a Refund/Return.

The User will not receive a Refund or Return:

​

  • The User fails to provide coinsoftworks.com with the requested information and/or document(s) within the timeframe specified herein.

  • If coinsoftworks.com suspects that the User has engaged in or is engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, including Prohibited Conduct, coinsoftworks.com may suspend or terminate the User's account.

  • There is no justification for a Refund/Return.

NOTE: coinsoftworks.com reserves the right to restrict the User's Funds during a Refund/Return investigation, meaning the Funds may be inaccessible during the investigation.

7. Chargebacks

Before submitting a chargeback request, the user is expected to contact coinsoftworks.com using the contact information on the website to address any problems or concerns pertaining to their payments. The User's rights and/or claims against the bank or financial institution are unaffected by this Section.

​

If a user requests a chargeback, coinsoftworks.com will look into it and notify the user's issuing bank if any services or transactions have been canceled.

​

During the chargeback investigation process, coinsoftworks.com reserves the right to suspend the User's account and freeze the User's Funds.

​

8. Chargebacks

Any fees associated with Refund/Return processing are the sole responsibility of the User. These fees will be deducted from the ultimate Refund/Return amount.

 

Whenever there is a change in the law, this Refund Policy will be modified accordingly. coinsoftworks will announce any changes to the Refund Policy. The modifications will take effect once coinsoftworks.com has provided notice.

 

If the User does not agree with the revised Refund and Return Policy, he or she should cease using coinsoftworks.com's services. If the User continues to use the Services after the effective date of the change, his/her use of the Services will be subject to the new Refund Policy and Return.
