How to report suspicious emails and text messages
Never will coinsoftworks send text messages or emails containing time-sensitive alerts instructing you to log in to your account and share privileged user data. We will never issue you an ultimatum, nor will we ask you to verify your identity or data outside of our secure communication channels.
Suspicious Emails If you receive a dubious email, do not download any attachments or click on any links. To help us in our investigation, we request that you:
Simply forward the suspicious email thread to us at: support@coinsoftworks .com.
OR
Please save the suspicious email as a 'eml' file and send it to us if feasible. The majority of email service providers will automatically save the downloaded file in this format. Sending the suspicious message to us in this format enables us to determine the message's true origin and notify the appropriate organizations. No problem if you have trouble saving the email in this format. Please forward the suspicious email chain to the above address.
Please do not send us screenshots, as we cannot utilize this information. Remove the message from your inbox.
Suspicious Text Messages
If you receive a dubious text message, avoid clicking on any links or providing any personal information.
To assist us in our investigation, we request the following:
Send a screenshot of the error message you received to support@coinsoftworks.com.
Ensure that the entire message is visible, including the sender's phone number and the date/time.
After we confirm that you have received a fraudulent text message, you should block the number.
Remove the text message from your phone.
Suspicious Phone Calls If you receive a dubious call, regardless of whether it originates from one of our phone numbers, do not provide any personal information or account or card information. Please be aware that in some instances, fraudsters can use the "phone spoofing" technique to disguise the sender's phone number, making it appear identical to that of the bank.
If you believe you have been the victim of a phone fraud or have provided your personal information, please contact our customer support at support@coinsoftworks.com immediately.
How to Report a Fake Website You may discover yourself on a fraudulent website that falsely advertises coinsoftworks's services at some point. You may also encounter our logo on purported affiliate websites. They may provide credit, or they may provide limited-time promotional offers. It is essential to note that the inclusion of "coinsoftworks" in the URL does not necessarily indicate a site's legitimacy.
If you suspect you're on a fraudulent website, we advise you to take a moment and perform the steps below:
Verify that the URL in the address bar reads https://coinsoftworks.com/login. If it does not, copy the URL and send it to support@coinsoftworks.com immediately.
