Why hasn't my referral bonus arrived?

Please note that in order for you to receive your referral bonus, your acquaintance must make a first crypto withdrawal or transaction (i.e. send at least $500 in total or having withdrew the same amount, ATM withdrawal, or online payment, excluding PayPal). It may take up to 60 days for the reward to be credited to your account.

In the majority of instances, the referral bonus is not awarded because the invited acquaintance has not made a first crypto transaction of at least the value of the reward, e.g., for a reward of 50 USD, the card transaction must be for at least 50 USD. Please inform your acquaintance of the following requirements.
