Where is my refund?

Generally speaking, the day of the initial transaction—rather than the reimbursement date—will show your refund on the app. To locate it, either download your prior balance statements or scroll down your transaction list.

To see and download your monthly balance statements, including preliminary and prior, in PDF format:

On the Web App: From Cash, click on the icon in the upper-right corner to reach Downloads then select the desired statements.

• On the mobile app:

  • If you're using an iPhone, tap on the three dots to the upper right then select Cash and find the logo to download your statement. A menu will pop up and will give you the option to access your balance statement.

While a card payment refund will automatically be returned to your account within a maximum of 14 days, blocked payments such as a car rental deposit may take up to 30 days to return to your account.
