How to protect my identity?

To protect and prevent the misuse of your personal information, kindly note that:

• We will never request identity verification on behalf of other individuals or businesses. This includes verifications for apartment leases, credit lines, and job offers (including coinsoftworks positions). Only complete the verification procedure if you intend to open an account for yourself at coinsoftworks.

• Only you, as the account administrator, should generate and have access to your login credentials. Never establish a coinsoftworks account using an email address and password that have been predefined. If you use provided login credentials, these credentials may be used to access your private and legal information. Additionally, never log into a non-your N26 account.

• Do not transmit your identification documents to unidentified or unverified recipients.

• If your transaction is subject to a routine review, we may request specific documents. Only send valid documentation to coinsoftworks email accounts that have been verified.

• Never will we request your username, password, or PIN outside of the coinsoftworks app. Never provide this information on an external website or app, even if it appears to be affiliated with coinsoftworks.

If you are ever unsure, have received a dubious request from a third party, or believe your coinsoftworks login credentials may have been compromised, please contact us immediately.
