How to get cs™ Protect Insurance?

The cs™ Protect Insurance option enables all coinsoftworks customers to obtain coverage for their account, balance, elligible purchases, package, and more against loss, theft, hacks, fraudsters, and unethic sellers. You can add the cs™ Protect insurance option directly through the configuration page, without the need for paperwork.

How does it work? If you want to subscribe for the opt-in cs™ Protect Insurance for covering your account, just add the option when configuring your new package.

You will then be prompted to input a few additional details, select annual or biannual pricing, and confirm the request. The coverage for your account will become active the day after you purchase the package.

How to file a claim? After initiating a claim in the cs™ Suite web app, you will be redirected to a third-party website to submit the claim. Enter your Certificate Number and PIN, which can be found on the insurance certificate you received from coinsoftworks via email.

Each consumer may submit a maximum of two claims per year. After the second successful claim, the policy will expire automatically.

Am I eligible? coinsoftworks Insurance is offered to all of our clients who selected the option when configuring their upgrade. Currently, customers of coinsoftworks worldwide can purchase coinsoftworks Insurance.

This policy does not cover purchases that are made outside of the specified terms.
