By now, you will have done your research, read our enticing bio, and observed the product for yourself. End of 2021, we launched coinsoftworks Labs, our innovation hub, which will house the next major crypto product. We're looking for an inquisitive and imaginative Product Lead to manage the definition, design, and delivery of our horizon 3 product development initiatives, including minimum viable products (MVPs).

What You'll Do 

• You will be responsible for determining which opportunities in the design sprint pipeline to pursue and the scope to which they will be developed.

• Describe and develop product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and testing strategies.

• Ensure the delivery of new product developments and MVPs from beginning to end

• Ensure that product backlogs are regularly pruned and appropriately prioritized at the tactical level.

• Collaboration with business leadership and other key stakeholders to define opportunities, identify and prioritize technology capabilities and enablers.

• Partnering with BA and UX to comprehend the problem space and conversing directly with customers to learn their goals

Key Relationships

• Customers and Business Partners - Communicate with customers and partners to comprehend their objectives and requirements in order to identify product opportunities.

• Product LeadershipTeam - Collaborate closely with Product Team leadership to align feature priorities and report on the progress of initiatives and sprints.

• Tech Team - Work closely with our development teams on a daily basis to represent the needs of our customers and ensure the successful delivery of new features. You will also collaborate with the acceptance tester on the Product Development team to ensure overall product quality and success.

• Engage with our Business Development Team to prioritize product development, create user stories, and contribute to the Merchant Partner Product Roadmap for new products and features.

You should apply if 

• 3-4+ years of product management or technology leadership experience

• Experience bringing new products to market from inception

• Experience understanding and building digital products directly with customers

• You comprehend the cryptocurrency ecosystem

• Delivering product features and improvement initiatives for a global organization

• The blockchain, payment and remittance services, or financial technology
