coinsoftworks.com seeks a lead financial accountant to act as the company's primary accountant for its complex systems while fostering a productive and amicable working relationship.

Responsibilities and Duties:

​

Taxation

• You will oversee the group's tax planning, structuring, and administration.

• Provide guidance on a wide variety of tax issues including GST/VAT, FBT, Payroll Tax, etc.

• You will be responsible for managing the statutory taxation obligations of group entities in Australia, Europe, and North America, as well as monitoring compliance with local statutory reporting requirements.

• You will oversee the expansion and implementation of the Transfer Pricing policy in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintaining positive relationships and coordinating with multiple tax advisors to drive results.

• You will have demonstrated proficiency in composing detailed recommendations on intricate matters.

Reporting

• You will prepare accurate and timely statutory reporting for all entities within the Group structure, including Annual, Half Year, and Quarterly reporting.

• You will assist in the research of accounting standards that will be used to support the accounting positions of the group.

• You will perpetually drive process improvements and system simplifications.

Requirements:

• You must have seven or more years of experience in a comparable position, with a focus on taxation, technical accounting, and listed company reporting.

• Completed your CA or CPA Qualification with a relevant degree in finance or accounting

• You will be competent in IFRS (technical accounting) and tax compliance and able to communicate such matters to financial and non-financial stakeholders in a practical and commercial manner.

• You will be able to use sound judgment and problem-solving skills when working in an agile environment with incomplete data.

• Capability to provide technical direction and commercial solutions

• Offering a balance between risk and commercial outcome through hands-on execution and goal orientation.

• You will have superior oral and written communication skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial reporting software

• Assurance of transportation
